Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread: Simple, Irresistible

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then cut into slices and serve warm.
