- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the tortillas.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then cut into slices and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for best crispiness.
