Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts skinless, boneless (6-8 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tbls Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbls Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Add the balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over top. Let the chicken sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes to an hour, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and season both sides with pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and spray with avocado oil spray.
  5. Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. For thinner cuts, start checking doneness at 10 minutes.

Notes

  • *If using thin-cut breasts, start checking internal temperature at 10 minutes. Cooking times may vary based on the size of chicken breasts. Letting the chicken rest ensures juiciness.
