Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside in a single layer.
Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray on both sides.
Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, spray again, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is crispy.
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
