Method
- Coat the shrimp evenly by tossing them in a bowl with vegetable oil or spray, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook the shrimp at 400°F for 8 to 14 minutes, shaking and turning them gently halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, then sprinkle with minced parsley and/or chili flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on shrimp size and air fryer model. Use thawed shrimp for best results. For quick thawing, soak shrimp in water until softened.
