Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast boneless skinless
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes crushed
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced

Method

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips to form tenders and season them evenly with salt pepper and paprika.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and crush the corn flakes in a separate dish.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture then coat thoroughly with the crushed corn flakes.
  4. Arrange the breaded tenders in the air fryer basket leaving space between each piece.
  5. Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until the chicken is nicely golden and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken cooks, combine honey soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl and whisk until blended.
  7. Once cooked, remove the tenders from the air fryer and coat them well with the honey garlic sauce. Serve immediately warm.

Notes

  • To keep leftover tenders crispy store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and crisp. Oven or microwave reheating works but air fryer keeps the texture best.
