Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs bone in skin on
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Parsley and lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Dry the chicken thighs thoroughly using a paper towel.
  2. Combine olive oil honey garlic lemon juice paprika salt cracked pepper and onion powder in a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs generously with the mixture or toss them in the bowl until fully covered.
  4. Lightly spray your air fryer basket with non-stick spray and place the chicken thighs in a single layer.
  5. Cook the chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes turning them over halfway through.
  6. Check with a thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges squeezed over the top.

Notes

  • Flip the chicken halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. If the skin starts to darken too much near the end, flip it again to prevent burning. You can cook the chicken right after seasoning or refrigerate for up to 12 hours to deepen the flavors.
