Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to start warming up.
  2. Lightly oil a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  3. Process the cottage cheese in a food processor for about half a minute until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk them until blended, then carefully mix in the smooth cottage cheese, Parmesan, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the combined mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Place the dish into the oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, checking that the edges are firm and the center still wiggles slightly.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool and set for 2 to 3 minutes before cutting and serving.
