Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets beef steak
  • 7 oz cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 unit carrot
  • 6 units mushroom
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Begin by mincing the garlic, washing and slicing the mushrooms, slicing the cabbage and beef steak into strips, and peeling and cutting the carrot into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté while stirring frequently until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and beef strips to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly to ensure even cooking.
  4. Incorporate the carrot and cabbage strips into the pan, cooking everything together for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to cook for another 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve the mixture warm in a bowl, optionally paired with steamed white rice for a complete meal.
