Start by heating your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
Rinse the pork chops with cool water and make sure to thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil then generously massage the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chops, saving a little for an extra coat if desired.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 12 to 14 minutes, turning them over halfway through at around 6 minutes.
Remove the pork chops once their internal temperature hits 140°F; the residual heat will finish cooking them to a safe 145°F.
