Caesar Salad Recipe Easy Homemade and Irresistible

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • croutons

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Add mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese into the same bowl and whisk again until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the chopped romaine lettuce on a salad plate.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing evenly over the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and add croutons on top for extra texture.
  6. Optionally, finish with a dash of black pepper for added flavor.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh, homemade Caesar salad.
