- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese separated
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed (for casserole topping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for casserole topping)
- This casserole can be assembled ahead and baked later for convenience. For a crispier topping, make sure to bake uncovered during the last 10 minutes. Substitute rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
