Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

  1. Set your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) to warm up.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. With moist hands, divide the mixture into four patties of equal size.
  4. Place the patties into a lightly oiled air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Allow the patties to rest for 5 minutes before serving or assembling.

Notes

  • For the best results, use lean ground chicken, though 80/20 can work too. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. When freezing uncooked patties, separate them with parchment paper to prevent sticking. To reheat, place thawed or frozen patties in the air fryer at 375ºF for 5 to 8 minutes until warm throughout.
