Set your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) to warm up.
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
With moist hands, divide the mixture into four patties of equal size.
Place the patties into a lightly oiled air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Allow the patties to rest for 5 minutes before serving or assembling.
