Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (120g) vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (160g) maple syrup
  • ½ cup (128g) peanut butter or almond butter

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and peanut butter or almond butter.
  2. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into 12 small balls.
  4. Place the protein balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Enjoy chilled as a healthy snack or protein boost.

Notes
