- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and peanut butter or almond butter.
- Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 12 small balls.
- Place the protein balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy chilled as a healthy snack or protein boost.
Notes
- You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or any nut butter of your choice. For Oreo Protein Balls, fold in crushed Oreos instead of chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
