Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz (227g) Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 15–20 Oreo Cookies, crushed into fine crumbs (cream filling included)
  • 1 cup (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder (or chocolate)
  • 2–3 tbsp Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional Mix-ins: Mini chocolate chips
  • Optional Mix-ins: Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Optional Mix-ins: Shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies.
  2. Add protein powder, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Gradually add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture becomes moldable but not too wet.
  5. Fold in any optional mix-ins like mini chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut.
  6. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls.
  7. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.

  • Store protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Feel free to customize with your favorite mix-ins or try using different protein powder flavors for variety.
