Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs russet potatoes, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes, then continue air frying for another 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak diced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat dry thoroughly. Serve hot and enjoy immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
