Combine diced bacon, ground beef, and ground pork in a large skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in the tomato juice and condensed tomato soup until well blended.
Spread the chopped cabbage evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the rice over the cabbage layer.
Pour the meat mixture evenly over the rice.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 90 minutes, or until the rice is soft and the liquid is absorbed.
Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving.
