Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders Easy Weeknight Dinner

These Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders make for an easy dinner or weeknight meal that your whole family will love. This simple chicken recipe combines crispy chicken, melted cheese, and fresh toppings for a flavorful slider recipe that's perfect for busy nights or family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns 9 count
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Honey Mustard plus more for dipping
  • ½ large Avocado cubed
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes quartered
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt

Method
 

  1. Cut the pretzel slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet. Spread cheese evenly over each bun half and scatter crumbled bacon on top.
  2. Broil the buns for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden and warm.
  3. While the buns are heating, mix the chopped fried chicken tenders with honey mustard dressing until each piece is coated well.
  4. When the buns are ready, layer the honey mustard chicken on the bottom halves, then top with avocado cubes, cherry tomato quarters, and a dash of flaky salt.
  5. Put the top halves of the buns on and press gently. Serve immediately with extra honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

  • Feel free to substitute the cheese or add extra veggies for flavor and crunch
