Cut the pretzel slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet. Spread cheese evenly over each bun half and scatter crumbled bacon on top.
Broil the buns for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden and warm.
While the buns are heating, mix the chopped fried chicken tenders with honey mustard dressing until each piece is coated well.
When the buns are ready, layer the honey mustard chicken on the bottom halves, then top with avocado cubes, cherry tomato quarters, and a dash of flaky salt.
