Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or regular size semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats, chocolate chips, honey, and peanut butter.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the mixture into 12 bite-size balls.
  5. Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy as a healthy snack anytime.

Notes
