  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
