Method
- Combine the softened butter with garlic salt in a small bowl until well mixed.
- Evenly coat the top surface of each bread slice with the garlic butter mixture.
- Warm a cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat for roughly 2 minutes.
- Place the bread slices butter side down in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the bread begins to develop a golden-brown crust.
- Take the bread off the skillet and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use a cast-iron skillet and serve the bread warm. Adjust garlic salt to taste if preferred.
