Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken tenders
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 2 fresh lemons sliced
  • 2-3 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • Olive oil
  • 2 oz Parmesan shaved

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 425°F to preheat.
  2. Thinly slice the lemons into rounds and spread these evenly on a baking sheet greased with a little oil.
  3. Arrange the asparagus spears and chicken tenders on top of the lemon slices.
  4. Drizzle the chicken and asparagus with olive oil, then season everything with kosher salt.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the lemon pepper over the chicken tenders.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and top with shaved Parmesan cheese before serving.
  8. Dig in and enjoy your simple, delicious sheet pan dinner!
