  • 1 small red onion peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Spray oil
  • 4 flatbreads
  • Sliced red onion
  • Crumbled feta
  • Cherry tomatoes chopped
  • Hot sauce
