Method
- Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweet red chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits. Stir well until evenly mixed.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring halfway through to coat the meatballs thoroughly.
- Once heated through and sauce is thickened, serve warm over rice or with toothpicks as an appetizer.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
