Sweet Chili Meatballs Crockpot Recipe for Easy Weeknight Dinners

Ingredients
  

  • 48-ounce Bag of fully cooked frozen Homestyle Meatballs
  • 12 ounces Sweet red chili sauce (we use Thai Kitchen)
  • 20 ounces Grape jelly
  • 20-ounce can of Pineapple tidbits, drained

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sweet red chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple tidbits. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring halfway through to coat the meatballs thoroughly.
  5. Once heated through and sauce is thickened, serve warm over rice or with toothpicks as an appetizer.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
