- 2 lbs ground beef
- 14 oz beef broth
- ¼ cup taco seasoning
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 large red pepper chopped
- 1 large sweet onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 6 cups medium shell pasta cooked
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- Garnish: sour cream
- Garnish: chopped peppers
- Garnish: salsa
- Garnish: avocado
- Garnish: parsley or cilantro
